RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility

  • 7-day return window from delivery date.
  • Condition: Unused, original packaging, tags attached.

2. Return Process

  1. Email support@codeofdecade.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Ship item back with RA number visible.

3. Refund Timeline

  • 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

No refunds if:

  • Item is used, damaged, or missing parts.
